Investor Relations Associate
Description About the job My client, a well-established and growing real estate investment firm based in Austin, Texas, focused on acquiring, developing, and managing high-quality commercial Real Estate throughout Central Texas and select U.S. markets. Our firm partners with institutional and high-net-worth investors to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns through disciplined investment strategies and operational excellence. Position Overview The Investor Relations Associate will support the firm’s capital raising, investor communications, and reporting efforts. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors while ensuring a best-in-class investor experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate investment environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in investor relations, real estate private equity, investment management, financial services, or a related field. Key Responsibilities Investor Communications & Relationship Management + Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests + Maintain regular communication with investors regarding fund performance, capital calls, distributions, and updates + Assist in onboarding new investors and managing subscription documentation Reporting & Analytics + Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting materials, including performance summaries and investor letters + Work closely with asset management, accounting, and finance teams to gather accurate reporting data + Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems Capital Raising Support + Assist in preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials + Support due diligence requests from prospective investors + Help coordinate investor meetings, webinars, and events Administrative & Compliance Support + Track capital commitments, contributions, and distributions + Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements + Maintain organized digital and physical records of investor documentation Compensation & Benefits + Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) + Performance-based bonus + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Professional development opportunities + Dynamic and collaborative team environment in Austin, TX Benefits found in job post Vision insurance, 401(k) bRequirements added by the job poster • Bachelor's Degree • 1+ years of work experience with Investor Relations Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field + 1–2 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial services + Strong financial literacy and understanding of real estate investment structures + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint + Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) preferred + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + High attention to detail and strong organizational skills + Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset Preferred Attributes + Interest in real estate private equity or commercial real estate investing + Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive financial information Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
