The Investor Relations team is responsible for delivering JPMorgan Chase’s financial strategy and performance to the investor community – in a way that is clear, transparent and impactful. As an Investor Relations Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, you will typically spend your day monitoring market trends, communicating with investors, and preparing reports and presentations to convey the company's financial performance and strategy. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging, organize investor meetings, and support earnings calls, all while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of financial markets and the company's business strategy.
Job responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of the quarterly earnings materials, including but not limited to the presentation, press release and Q&A materials, as well as conference presentations and various projectsCollect and synthesize insights from Investor Relations team discussions with external stakeholders and communicate internally to help lead business strategies (e.g., briefings to senior executives, periodic internal newsletters, videos, etc.)Help prepare materials and briefing documents for operating committee members and other members of senior management for investor meetings, road shows and conferencesReview sell-side analyst models and research reports to (i) analyze external forecasts of JPM’s performance; and (ii) synthesize and share insights to senior managementPrepare presentations on JPMorgan Chase & Co. results and strategy for Head of Investor Relations to present to audiences across the FirmIndependently manage some of the department’s business management-related responsibilities, including vendor management and risk and controlsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsUnderstanding of bank financial statements, performance indicators and valuationProject management skills and multi-taskingExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong work ethic; work well in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively with Executive ManagementAbility to work well under pressureComfortable with ambiguity and open-ended projectsAbility to develop, synthesize and present perspectives on key strategic/financial issuesExperience with financial modeling, client work and product analysis, Excel and PowerPointPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
