Investor Asset Management Senior Analyst, CBRE Investment Management Job ID 229375 Posted 23-Jul-2025 Service line REI Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Investment Management Location(s) Boston - Massachusetts - United States of America **About the Role:** As a CBRE Investment Management Asset Management Sr. Analyst, you will provide advanced reporting support through research, data collection and data management. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist asset managers with leasing and property operations, including review and evaluation of weekly and monthly reporting packages, identify variances and discrepancies and ensure accuracy. + Develop financial models to project potential returns on investments and support property level decisions. + Support the acquisition and disposition of properties. + Develop a strong understanding of joint venture agreements, loan documents, property management agreements, service contracts and title and due diligence documents. + Develop a foundational understanding of the underlying economic, market and real estate trends. + Extract metrics from various data sources to support the development of business plans and property operating budgets. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of multiple assets with initial review of weekly and monthly reporting including variance reports, leasing activity and market activity. Assist team in the creation and delivery of budgets and forecasts. + Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting required by Portfolio Management teams. + Support quarterly and annual valuations processes for assigned assets, including review of quarterly asset valuations and follow-up on discrepancies or inconsistencies; interface with appropriate stakeholders to finalize value; verification of the accuracy of the rent roll, market lease assumptions, valuation metrics, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. + Support any lender requests for operating data in coordination with Accounting team. + Support the Investment Committee preparation process for refinancings and dispositions. + Compile comparable sales date and future development pipeline to inform ongoing property strategy. + Participate in operational calls with property managers to discuss operating strategy, asset performance, capital projects, leasing trends and marketing strategy and other business matters. + Monitor real estate tax appeal process with third party consultant and provide data as requested to support appeal. + Oversee the generation of Business-as-Usual reports. Support ad-hoc presentations and respond to information requests from Sr. management. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. **What** **You’ll** **Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant multi-family experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
