Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions + Create or utilize template Excel models to perform financial underwriting on properties spanning the entire country + Perform research and/or utilize third-party or firm resources to develop underwriting assumptions, perform sales comp and rent comp analyses, and aggregate data and find themes and investment highlights related to different compositions of assets + Assist with the preparation of materials for pitch opportunities and marketing assignments, including the creation of content that is concise and compelling + Analyze and interpret significant amounts of data associated with a portfolio of properties + Collaborate and communicate effectively with local brokers, debt team members, sellers, buyers, and any other relevant parties to a transaction + Maintain excellent organization to keep track of deadlines, data, files, client requests, etc. + Perform ad hoc research or tasks to assist with the sourcing of new opportunities + Produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight timelines, while balancing multiple projects and priorities + Work long hours, when necessary, in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, team environment **Why CBRE:** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
