Investment Sales Analyst Job ID 213726 Posted 14-May-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Capital Markets Location(s) Washington - District of Columbia - United States of America, Washington, D.C. - District of Columbia - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of analyses for the development of results focused on real estate strategies in support of CBRE’s clients. You will draw conclusions from analyses and make recommendations to senior leaders for new business development and transactions. **What You'll Do:** + Generate, review, and understand reports; use aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete analysis, improvement, and/or recommendation. Types of analyses include: real estate industry/market, underwriting and valuation, variance analyses, budgeting, and forecasting. + Compile information for the creation of marketing campaigns for sale of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, and market and industry research. + Compile analysis and internal and external collateral into offering memorandums for seller clients proofreads content, ensure appropriate branding, and approve materials for final distribution. + Collect materials for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements. + Prepare offers, term sheets, analyses, presentations, and proposals for business development. + Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the industry. + Assist in the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies; perform research and analysis to support those strategies. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate experience preferred. + Knowledgeable on fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures associated with real estate finance, including commercial valuation, market review, and investment analysis. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Argus and Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $57,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
