Investment Portfolio Operations Analyst
Fundhouse is seeking an Investment Portfolio Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The successful applicant will join our Operations team, whose efforts underpin the continued success and stability of our Model Portfolio Service in the UK. The candidate should have a solid understanding of model portfolios and ideally have experience with retail investment platforms. They can expect to work closely with senior leaders within Fundhouse, as well as external service providers and our clients (financial advisers). Key attributes of a successful candidate include the ability to multitask, be organised and efficient, be self-driven, and have a keen eye for detail.
We will count on you for:
Responsibility. Be responsible for maintaining model portfolio data via internal Excel tools and third-party data providers, administration and maintenance of model portfolios on platforms, implementation of trades.
Relationships. Build strong working relationships with model portfolio teams at third party providers, clients, and internal colleagues & stakeholders.
Communications. Manage operational queries and resolution via email and telephone. Produce and distribute client reporting. Manage access to our Client Support Site and maintain content.
Expertise. Develop a deep understanding of UK retail investment platforms, our portfolios, and the fund universe, in order to help us successfully maintain and grow our presence on platforms and ultimately enable client growth.
What you need to have:
Experience within an Investment Operations environment
Intermediate / advanced level of Excel (to be tested at interview)
Good understanding of model portfolios
Some experience with retail investment platforms
Ability to work to deadlines in an organised and efficient manner
