As an Investment Compliance and Analytics Associate within the Data Solutions - Fusion Analytics team, you will serve institutional clients, delivering world-class analytics, compliance, performance, and risk solutions. You will partner with cross-regional teams to drive client change agendas and support seamless service delivery. You will analyze investment data, interpret guidelines, and collaborate with clients on best practices in compliance and ESG? Job responsibilities

Represent Data Solutions team as the operational contact for performance measurement, compliance monitoring, risk reporting, and ESG analytics to clients in TaiwanProvide cross-coverage for fund services products, including fund accounting and financial reportingOwn end-to-end service delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness of client deliverablesManage client change requests and support new business onboardingBuild effective relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party fund managersDrive continuous service and operational improvements, providing thought leadership on market developmentsOversee production, validation, and delivery of services in accordance with service level agreementsAnalyze exceptions in client reporting and escalate issues for timely resolutionIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and risk managementCoordinate with Global teams to support production and service outside of TaiwanMaintain active interaction with internal stakeholders (i.e. Client Service, Sales, Technology, Product etc.) to support service delivery and client change agendas

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in investment analytics for performance, compliance, ESG, and/or risk management, focused on Taiwan marketIn-depth knowledge of Taiwan’s financial market, regulations, and institutional client landscapeProven client engagement and stakeholder management experience in financial services or asset managementExpertise in investment analytics, including performance, compliance, ESG, and market riskDeep understanding of investment mandates, industry standards, and fund services frameworkStrong interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and EnglishAbility to independently drive client change agendas and collaborate with cross-regional teamsAnalytical and critical mindset with ability to influence decision makersTeam player able to support a broader fund services footprint in TaiwanExperience in interpreting investment guidelines and regulatory requirements

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager, or ESG-related certifications will be a plusTaiwan-specific qualifications or regulatory licenses is considered an advantagePrior experience in Fund Services products will be beneficial
