The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Sudbury is looking for a resourceful and efficient (removing collaborative) individual to join our leading wealth management firm as an Investment Associate.
As a core member of the team, you will work closely with the Portfolio Manager on the execution and monitoring of investment portfolios. Over time, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of model portfolios, with exposure to a wide range of investment strategies and research resources.
What will you do?
Support day-to-day execution of portfolio changes and ongoing investment managementMonitor portfolios, conduct rebalancing, and contribute to tactical asset allocation adjustmentsAssist in the development and refinement of model portfoliosPrepare investment analysis and reporting to support client reviews, proposals, and presentationsMaintain awareness of market conditions, trends, and investment opportunities through internal and external researchLeverage research from RBC Portfolio Advisory Group and RBC Capital Markets to support portfolio positioningEnsure high standards of accuracy and consistency in documentation and reportingContribute to the delivery of an exceptional client service experience by supporting the broader team in their advisory rolesWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
Strong interest and knowledge of financial markets and investment productsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated professionalism and commitment to supporting high-net-worth clientsCollaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to team successEnthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to ongoing professional growthNice-to-have

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$37,500.00 - $50,000.00This position includes competitive-based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to:
