Investment Alternatives Senior Analyst
We are seeking a candidate with experience in alternative investments—preferably private debt—to support and advance research on investment strategies and assist with the construction and monitoring of portfolios. The role offers hands‑on exposure to private markets in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. We will rely on you to:
Support our comprehensive due diligence processes to evaluate and underwrite prospective funds and co-investments.Contribute to portfolio management through proactive manager engagement, ongoing monitoring, and timely reporting across drawdown, evergreen, and semi liquid private debt vehicles.Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations—with commentary and analytics—to ensure transparent communication with the Investment Committee, clients, and other external stakeholders.Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve our manager universe.What you need to have:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable investment insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear presentations and investment write-ups.Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.Collegial, team-oriented, constructive, and can-do attitude.Unquestionable integrity, honesty, and transparency.Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, modelling, and presentation.What makes you stand out:
