**🚛 Warehouse Inventory Coordinator 🧮** **Location** : Alameda, CA Are you a highly organized inventory professional with a passion for precision and logistics? Join a fast-paced, innovative team where your attention to detail and coordination skills will directly support cutting-edge production operations. **What You’ll Do** 🔧 + Oversee and maintain warehouse procedures to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient inventory space. + Monitor inventory levels and proactively place orders for required parts. + Kit Airframe, Integration, and Electrical components based on Bills of Materials (BOMs). + Ensure production teams are fully stocked with consumables and hardware. + Coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing shipments. + Collaborate with the Buyer to resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages. + Lead cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. + Support incoming quality inspections to maintain high standards. + Maintain logical organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. **What You Bring** 🎯 + 3–5 years of experience in inventory management. + Familiarity with inventory control systems, ERP/MRP platforms. + Strong understanding of production planning and logistics operations. + Knowledge of eBOMs, mBOMs, and product structures. + Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. + Forklift certification. + Experience in aviation is a plus. + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. + Excellent communication and time management skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **💵 Pay Range: $34–$39/hour** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
