Inventory Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Inventory Coordinators to join our state-of-the-art satellite manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, active warehouse role that blends physical material handling with basic computer system usage. Expect to spend approximately 70% of your time on your feet performing warehouse duties and 30% on computer-based tasks. This is a contract to hire position.

Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including material handling and movementOperate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand cartsUse systems like SAP ERP and Excel to record material transactionsManage physical and virtual inventory transfers between sitesDocument process issues and maintain accurate recordsUphold safety and quality standardsSupport team training and contribute to process improvements

 

Physical Requirements:

Stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shiftLift and carry up to 50 lbs unassistedPerform repetitive physical tasks including bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and stoopingComfortable working in a warehouse environment

Required Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years oldFluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)Basic computer proficiencyMicrosoft Office proficiency (Excel, Teams, outlook, etc.)ERP SystemsAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekendsReliable transportation to the work sitePhysically able to meet all listed requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experienceExperience with SAP or similar inventory systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
