Job Description
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date inventory records, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting logistics activities within a dynamic service environment. This role requires strong SAP/SAP EWM knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal functions while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate system records for all on‑site service inventory.
Perform daily postings for inventory receipts and shipments within SAP.
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; ensure accurate reporting of inventory KPIs.
Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies.
Ensure proper organization, labeling, and maintenance of all inventory locations.
Communicate inventory issues and variances to appropriate internal teams.
Maintain compliance with all safety rules, regulations, and internal operating procedures.
Ensure consistent adherence to quality service standards.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of an Associate’s degree.
5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional internal teams.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
Proven experience using SAP and SAP EWM warehousing systems.
Proficiency with inventory software systems and transaction processing.
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices, methods, and controls.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Strong computer navigation and systems utilization skills. OSHA-10 Certified
