Inventory Specialist
Job Title: Inventory SpecialistJob Description

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory accuracy within a manufacturing environment. Key duties include labeling and storing parts, ensuring the system is up to date with inventory counts, conducting regular audits, and maintaining a clean and organized inventory area. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

ResponsibilitiesLabel and store parts accurately.Ensure inventory system is updated with current counts.Conduct regular inventory audits.Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking.Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment (1+ years).Proficiency in Excel for inventory logs (basic level).Ability to perform math calculations.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Familiarity with inventory management software (DBA) is a plus.Proficiency in inventory tools and basic computer applications.Ability to read and write English.Work Environment

The position is based in Coral Springs, FL. The schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, operating in an older manufacturing environment with warehouse operations. The dress code requires regular shoes, with no special personal protective equipment needed. This is an onsite role in a mid-sized, family-owned company that offers a flexible management style and a culture of trust, providing stability and a supportive environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
