Inventory Specialist
**Job Title: Inventory Specialist / Outbound Coordinator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Specialist / Outbound Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting accurate inventory management and coordinating outbound shipments. You will be responsible for verifying product accuracy, ensuring correct order pulls, and maintaining organized documentation to support smooth warehouse operations. This position operates **Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM** , with optional overtime and occasional weekend availability. **Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus.** Pay ranges from **$19–$21/hr** , depending on experience. **Responsibilities** + Count and verify inventory to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels + Coordinate outbound shipments by checking that products are pulled correctly and match order requirements + Review outbound paperwork for accuracy and completeness (no signature collection required) + Sign delivery tickets and ensure proper documentation for outgoing materials + Communicate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency + Maintain organized records using ERP systems and basic computer applications + Support warehouse operations as needed to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment **Essential Skills** + Strong inventory control and verification skills + Experience coordinating outbound shipments or warehouse order flow + Ability to review and validate paperwork for accuracy + Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer applications + Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Warehouse experience is a plus + Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus + Understanding of material handling and outbound processes **Why Work Here?** Be part of a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
