Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending inside sales, technical research, and hands-on support within a fast-paced environment. You will be focused on manufacturing and repairing roadway spraying and taping equipment, while navigating product manuals and communicating across departments. Your contributions will span both customer service and shop operations.

ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from customers to identify parts and equipment needs, particularly for Graco, Ram, and Titan products.Utilize PDF manuals to locate and verify part numbers, referencing components used in roadway spraying and taping systems.Enter and track inventory data using QuickBooks.Support inside sales tasks and identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs.Print shipping labels and assist the shipping team when not engaged in phone or computer tasks.Collaborate closely with assemblers, engineers, and sales personnel to ensure accurate part identification and smooth operations.Understand the parts and systems manufactured in-house and work seamlessly with the shop crew.Essential SkillsStrong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar inventory/sales systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and PDFs.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable working in a manufacturing environment and learning about specialized equipment.Prior experience in sales, inventory, or shipping is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Experience a mix of office work and on-the-floor assistance with shipping tasks. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Enjoy an engaging work atmosphere where collaboration with a diverse team is encouraged.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
