**Material Handler – Aerospace & Satellite Production Support** **Location:** Everett, Wa **Shift Options:** Sunday–Wednesday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Wednesday–Saturday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM **Compensation:** Starting at $28–$29.50/hr with growth potential to $32/hr+ within 3 months **Employment Type:** Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity **About the Role** Join a cutting-edge aerospace team supporting satellite production operations. As a Material Handler, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations—ensuring materials are accurately received, transacted, and delivered to support production and development efforts. You’ll work cross-functionally with procurement, planning, quality, and EHS teams to ensure seamless operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic are key. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into more advanced roles within just a few months. **Key Responsibilities** Handle and transact materials using SAP ERP and proprietary systems Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts Perform inventory management (80%) and kitting (20%) Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and blockers Train and mentor junior team members Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards Contribute to SOP and safety procedure improvements **Qualifications** 1+ year of experience in inventory, planning, or buying roles Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must Experience with RF scanning and warehouse equipment Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying workloads Amazon experience is a plus (please include badge color, manager, and location if applicable) **What’s Next?** If you're ready to take the next step in your career and grow within a high-impact aerospace environment, we want to hear from you.
