**Job Title: Inventory Specialist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to work in our tool crib, organizing parts for machine maintenance, conducting inventory and cycle counts, and handling materials. You will also be responsible for tracking part numbers using Excel.
**Responsibilities**
+ Organize parts for machine maintenance in the tool crib.
+ Conduct inventory and cycle counts.
+ Handle and reorganize materials and parts.
+ Use Excel to track and manage part numbers.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
+ Proficiency in basic Excel for data entry and inventory management.
+ Experience in inventory control and cycle counts.
+ Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a parts room or tool crib.
+ Knowledge of supply chain and production processes.
+ Ability to work in a union environment.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is subject to extreme temperatures; it is very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter due to the large corrugator run off boilers. Candidates must be comfortable working in such conditions. The facility operates across three shifts with 11 maintenance mechanics and approximately 65 employees in total. This is a union environment with a flexible first shift ideally from 6am to 2pm.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
