Job Description
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for counting parts on shelves in a warehouse atmosphere, ensuring accurate inventory management and control.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with UAW members to conduct inventory audits.Review and manage over 38,000 parts ensuring accuracy.Match parts with their codes using SAP system.Complete inventory sheets and input data into SAP.Engage in problem-solving and investigative tasks if codes are missing, including pulling up original purchase orders to trace issues.Accurately count different types of products.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience in inventory control and inventory count.Knowledge of cycle counts.Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsSAP experience is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail.Previous experience in inventory management.Previous cycle counting experience.Problem-solving and investigative skills for miscounts and recounts.Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse setting with standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
