Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Planner III who is required to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations, necessitating U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency. The role involves working in a dynamic environment, where strong execution of data and processes is crucial. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective, fostering cross-functional and cross-business project development.

ResponsibilitiesAccurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.Utilize proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies, and communicate with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.Efficiently move material between sites both physically and virtually.Identify training needs for the team and assist in training new-hires and junior peers.Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices.Resolve individual work blockers and know when to escalate issues if unable to resolve independently.Learn new processes and operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.Contribute to the improvement of SOPs, including safety procedures.Essential Skills1 year of experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.Proficiency in business software such as Excel.Flexibility and good written and oral communication skills.Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.Experience with Excel functions like sum, hash marks, applying filters, formatting, and cell multiplication.At least 6 months of experience with SAP ERP systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP systems.Familiarity with shipping, receiving, forklift operations, material handling, and data entry.Work Environment

The role requires working in a warehouse environment, with varying workloads and different paths. Shift timings are SUN-WED, WED-SAT, and Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday from 3PM-1:30AM. Dress code is comfortable warehouse attire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
