Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory Planner to join our team in Kirkland. This role requires a strong execution of data and processes, operating from a company-wide perspective, and encouraging cross-functional and cross-business project development.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in ensuring data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.Execute a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.Essential Skills1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.Highly organized and self-starting.Comfortable with business software such as Excel.Flexible and able to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects.Good written and oral communication skills.Team-oriented.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in inventory, shipping and receiving, and inventory control.Proficiency with SAP and warehouse operations.Skills in material handling, including forklift, picking, packing, and pallet jack.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in an Amazon Distribution Center in Kirkland. The shift is a second shift from 7 AM to 5:30 PM PST, with options for different schedules. The work environment requires adherence to safety protocols and an understanding of warehouse operations.

This is a Contract to hire position based out of Everett Washington
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50/hr.
