Communicating with quality control purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.** **- Efficiently move material between sites both physically and virtually.** **- Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers.** **- Meet safety productivity and quality standards by following best practices.** **- Resolve individual work blockers and knowing when to escalate if you are unable to resolve yourself.** **- Learn new processes.** **- Operate equipment including: forklifts pallet jacks electric pallet jacks and hand carts.** **- Contribute to the improvement of SOPs including safety procedures.** **A day in the life** **- the team is looking for motivated customer-focused individuals who want to join our team. You will be responsible for processing materials in order to support our customer the satellite production team. You will also interact with peer teams such as procurement planning quality and EHS to ensure our processes result in positive outcomes for these teams. You are a problem solver and are comfortable performing a variety of procedures and troubleshooting standard tasks. You are detail oriented and know how to spot small discrepancies in all forms of data both physical and virtual. You are comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying workloads and in various paths. In this role you are the bedrock of our operation and over time may learn to operate many different functions within our warehouse. There will be working with inventory 80% of the time they are there and 20% will involve kitting and some pallet jack/forklift.** **6.)
