Inventory Coordinator – Advanced  Low Earth Orbit Satellite

 

Shift Availability:

Back Half Night -Shift (BHN): Wed–Sat, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM

Front Half Night- Shift (FHN): Sun–Wed, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM

Front Half Day Shift - (FHD): Sun–Wed, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Back Half Day Shift - (BHD): Wed–Sat, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inventory Coordinator to join our state-of-the-art satellite manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, active warehouse role that blends physical material handling with basic computer system usage. Expect to spend approximately 70% of your time on your feet performing warehouse duties and 30% on computer-based tasks.

 

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including material handling and movement

Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts

Use systems like SAP ERP and Excel to record material transactions

Manage physical and virtual inventory transfers between sites

Document process issues and maintain accurate records

Uphold safety and quality standards

Support team training and contribute to process improvements

 

Physical Requirements:

Stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted

Perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing, and stooping

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

 

Required Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years old

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Reliable transportation to the work site

Physically able to meet all listed requirements

 

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift certification

Previous warehouse experience

Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
