Inventory Office Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager who will take charge of accurately counting and tracking lumber inventory using Excel. This role involves conducting physical counts of lumber across a 10-acre property, managing over 7 million footage of lumber, and verifying that truck loads match inventory records. You will be responsible for managing production reporting, auditing, and maintaining accuracy, as well as calculating waste to ensure efficient use of resources. Daily audits and error checks in reporting are part of your routine duties. You will also perform basic math calculations to accurately compute board measurements and assist with plant supplies as needed to support operations. Additionally, this role includes assisting with phones, email inbox, and other clerical tasks.

This position operates in a blue-collar environment with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
