**Job Title: Inventory Manager** **Job Description** The Inventory Manager will oversee daily order processing, fulfillment including picking and packing, warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control, and shipping preparation. This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with other internal department heads and team members, including purchasing, customer service, sales, inventory control, marketing, and human resources. The Inventory Manager will continuously strive to improve morale and drive direct reports to achieve goals, targets, and deadlines set by management. **Responsibilities** + Utilize all tools and efforts to incorporate policies and goals within the internal team. + Establish proper communication channels for Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, and Fulfillment teams regarding KPI’s, expectations, process changes, and process improvements. + Focus attention and communicate with management on all safety concerns, cost-saving opportunities, process changes, and subordinate team member ideas. + Direct and manage Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, and Fulfillment teams regarding staffing, processes, and changes including upper management approval. + Ensure efficient and organized warehouse operations and storage. + Manage and promote vendor relationships. + Ensure timely receipt and shipment of all products and promote on-time deliveries to prevent stock outs and missed opportunities. + Report weekly on multiple fulfillment and performance KPI’s for respective distribution management. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of previous management and distribution experience. + Experience managing 4 direct reports and up to 10 indirect reports including a lead. + Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and multi-tasking skills. + Ability to organize, prioritize, and self-motivate. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. + Netsuite, UPS WorldShip, EXCEL, and RF Smart experience required. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand, customer-oriented warehouse environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ERP - Netsuite is ideal. + Familiarity with WMS, Dock, loading, labeling, hands-on tasks, kaizen, lean manufacturing, and 5S principles. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers an open-door policy and comprehensive health and welfare benefits.
