Salary Range $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary Position Type Full Time Description The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all inventory activities, ensuring accurate inventory levels, proper product rotation, minimizing shrink, and controlling costs. Responsibilities: + Maintain accurate inventory records across all SKUs. + Conduct and supervise daily cycle counts, monthly counts, and annual physical inventories. + Work closely with the warehouse, delivery, sales, finance, and purchasing teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages). + Oversee receiving processes, proper documentation, and timely system entry. + Ensure proper product rotation and code date management. + Ensure temperature, handling, and storage standards are met for all suppliers. + Generate inventory reports. + Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. + Additional related-duties as assigned. Qualifications + Three to Five years of inventory management experience, preferably in beverage distribution. + Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations. + Proven experience with inventory management systems. + High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VIP, and iDig.
