**Job Title: Inventory Specialist** Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. The role requires strong execution of data and processes and involves working from a company-wide perspective to encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development. Responsibilities + Assist in ensuring data accuracy to guarantee tools and processes function as expected. + Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance of fill rates, handling operational issues, and vendor communications. + Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs. + Execute various purchase orders and manage in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports. Essential Skills + 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer. + Highly organized and self-starting. + Proficiency in business software such as Excel. + Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects. + Strong written and oral communication skills. + Team-oriented and flexible. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with inventory management, SAP, and warehouse operations. + Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counts, shipping, and receiving. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role operates within a warehouse environment during the second shift from 5 PM to 3:30 AM PST. You will work on either a front half schedule (Sunday to Wednesday), back half schedule (Wednesday to Saturday), or a doughnut shift (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kirkland, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
