Inventory Coordinator
Aston Carter is hiring an Inventory Coordinator! Job Description The Inventory Coordinator will manage and maintain inventory accuracy within a manufacturing environment. Key duties include labeling and storing parts, ensuring the system is up to date with inventory counts, conducting regular audits, and maintaining a clean and organized inventory area. This role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities + Label and store inventory parts accurately. + Ensure inventory counts are up to date in the system. + Conduct regular inventory audits. + Maintain a clean and organized inventory area. Essential Skills + Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking. + Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment. + Basic Excel skills for managing inventory logs. + Ability to read and write English and perform math calculations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Proficiency in inventory tools and basic computer applications. + Familiarity with inventory management software (DBA) is a plus. + Previous experience in inventory management is advantageous. Work Environment The position is based in Coral Springs, FL, within an older manufacturing environment with warehouse operations. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The dress code requires regular shoes, with no special PPE needed. This is an onsite role in a mid-sized, family-owned company that offers a flexible management style and a culture of trust. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coral Springs, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
