**Inventory Specialist** **Location:** Everett, WA **Shift:** Day Shift **Pay:** $23-28/hr, DOE **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing inventory with high accuracy and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a professional indoor environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts with precision. + Utilize inventory management systems such as ERP/WMS, with exposure to Syteline being a plus. + Conduct root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies. + Reconcile physical counts with system records, documenting any variances. + Implement ABC classification methods and cycle count scheduling. + Enhance inventory accuracy processes through audits and improvement initiatives. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of inventory experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution settings. + Proficiency in inventory control and management. + Experience with shipping, receiving, and material handling. + Ability to use RF scanners and ERP/MRP systems. + Intermediate skills in MS Suite, particularly Excel. + Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong communication skills with a diverse work group. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Physical capability to move or lift up to 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you can contribute to inventory accuracy and process improvements in a collaborative environment.
