Inventory Coordinator
Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This position operates on the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with potential overtime as needed. Initially, training will take place on the 1st shift for 2-4 weeks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage inventory on the floor 80% of the time and at a desk for the remaining 20%.Operate a stand-up forklift for approximately 30% of your time.Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory management using SAP software.Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate inventory records.Ensure precision in inventory tracking and reconciliation through basic math skills.

Essential Skills

Experience in an Inventory Coordinator or similar role.Proficiency with stand-up forklifts.Familiarity with SAP and inventory management systems.Strong data entry skills.Attention to detail for accuracy in inventory records.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Basic math skills to support inventory tracking and reconciliation.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled environment with occasional tasks requiring access to refrigerated areas. The 2nd shift operates from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. The position is based in a brewery location in RVA, with additional work at the Sauers location in Richmond, VA.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
