Job Description
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the inventory operations by utilizing our ERP system to ensure seamless processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and organizing inventory efficiently.
Responsibilities
Enter purchase order requests into the ERP system.Create Pick Tickets for various Work Orders in the ERP system.Maintain the Hazardous Chemical Log and SDS sheets.Issue parts via the ERP system.Oversee the receiving process via the ERP system.Pull parts as dictated by pull sheets.Store and maintain orderly parts bins.Conduct periodic inventory counts.Maintain a clean and efficient work area.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
4+ years of relevant work experience in inventory management.Strong computer operating skills.Experience with Pentagon ERP or similar systems.Knowledge of aviation accessories and materials.Experience in cycle counting and inventory control.Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.2+ years of relevant experience.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as required.Proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting English.Ability to work well within a team.Capability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills.Basic computer operating skills.Work Environment
This position is 100 percent onsite with a working schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. You will be part of a laid-back crew consisting of a 10-member team, with one member currently dedicated to inventory tasks. The work environment encourages teamwork and collaboration.

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, Washington.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
