Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Job Description:

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing inventory levels of electronic components and small parts critical to aerospace production. This role ensures accuracy in stock records, supports procurement and production teams, and maintains compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and physical auditsReceive, inspect, and log incoming electronic components and small partsCoordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materialsMonitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages or overstock situationsOrganize and label inventory in accordance with aerospace industry standardsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and report findingsSupport cycle counts and annual physical inventory processesEnsure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling proceduresCollaborate with Quality Assurance to quarantine and disposition non-conforming partsGenerate inventory reports and metrics for management review

Qualifications:

4+ years of inventory or materials management experience, ideally in aerospace or electronicsFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic understanding of electronic components and part numbering systemsAbility to lift and move small parts and boxes (up to 30 lbs)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking toolsKnowledge of ESD-safe handling and storage practices

Pay and Shift:

1st shift

Located in Gardena/ West Rancho Dominguez Area

Pay: up to $25/hr depending on experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
