An Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing inventory operations for a service-oriented company by maintaining accurate stock levels.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records.Conduct regular cycle counts.Monitor inventory levels.Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies.Assist with receiving inspection.Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in inventory control or a related role.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to work in various environmental conditions.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a family-owned company with 25 employees, fostering a great culture and environment for employees. The production area is located on the second floor, requiring the use of stairs. The team is diverse, with many production employees being bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
