**Job Description: Inventory Control Specialist**
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, efficient, and organized inventory operations within the service center. This role ensures all materials are properly tracked, documented, and handled to support smooth warehouse and project workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Conduct scheduled cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain real-time precision across all inventory transactions, including receiving, movement, picking, shipping, and scrapping.
+ Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide detailed findings to the Service Center Manager.
+ Verify that all items are correctly barcoded, tagged, and assigned to the appropriate project.
+ Support serialization processes, chain‑of‑custody tracking, and controls for high‑value assets.
+ Unpack, repack, shrink‑wrap, label, and palletize products as needed.
+ Participate in physical inventory activities and reconciliation.
+ Operate material‑handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse tools to move items safely and efficiently.

**Additional Qualifications**

+ Experience with material‑handling equipment and basic warehouse machinery.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Brentwood, TN 37027.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
