Ford of Thousand Oaks is looking for a motivated, phone-savvy Inventory Control Representative to help us source vehicles directly from private sellers. This is an entry-level BDC-style position—perfect for someone who’s confident on the phone, hungry to learn, and ready to grow in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential vehicle sellers from various lead sourcesBuild rapport and generate interest in selling vehicles to Ford of Thousand OaksSet appointments for customers to come into the dealershipWork closely with the appraisal team (you do not appraise vehicles)Follow up consistently and professionally to maximize appointments shownWhat We’re Looking For:

The Hourly Pay for this position is $20.00 plus performance bonuses.
