Our client, a leader in the inventory management sector, is seeking an Inventory Control III to join their team. As an Inventory Control III, you will be part of the operations department supporting a dedicated team of associates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Inventory Control III
**Location:** Wilsonville, OR
**Pay Range:** $33 per hour
**Shift:** Monday - Friday (Start time 6 or 7 AM)
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage a team of 13 associates, providing training and guidance as needed.
+ Review and validate cycle counts completed by team members.
+ Oversee scheduling and staffing for the inventory department.
+ Ensure accuracy in inventory records and the reconciliation process.
+ Coordinate with other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
**What's Needed?**
+ A high school degree or equivalent.
+ 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred.
+ Understanding of inventory control processes.
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
+ Exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two-way communication.
