In this position, you will help keep production running smoothly by accurately managing customer orders, materials, and inventory through the SAP system. Your work ensures that customer commitments are met, production has what it needs to stay on schedule, and inventory processes remain reliable and efficient. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of quality, service, and operational excellence our customers depend on. **Responsibilities:** + Manage, process and update customer orders daily to meet customer request dates using the SAP business system. + Order parts and create machine and assembly production orders daily as part of the order planning process. + Provide production and shortage reports daily for scheduled orders and all orders, and discuss at daily accountability meeting. + Manage PO’s issued by self to ensure resolution after 30 days. + Complete and provide monthly SOX reports to manager as required. + Communicate with all departments as required for order statuses. + Responsible to process daily cycle count activities. + Consignment counts entered and submitted per corporate schedule + Process Accounts Payables daily as required to ensure timely payments to vendors. + Be an active participant in the Safety Maturity Program. + 100% monthly on-time completion of all assigned Pure Safety modules. + Perform 6s in work area daily and maintain a clean, organized work area. + Complete all ISO and procedure training by due date. + Closely monitor PO due dates and expedite on the status for PO deliveries. + Work independently, manage time effectively, and be well organized to handle a high-volume workload. **Requirements:** + HS Diploma / GED + 5-7 years relevant experience + Excellent communication skills. + Good computer skills. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with SAP **Benefits:** Flowserve offers competitive pay, annual bonuses, medical benefits on day 1, generous paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401(k) and many other excellent benefits!
