Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory accuracy and execute cycle counting, while ensuring efficient and safe operations.

ResponsibilitiesVerify inventory locations and amounts to ensure accuracy.Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory control.Utilize SAP and other MRP/ERP systems effectively.Conduct picking, product verification, packaging, and shipping for both domestic and international shipments.Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and common carriers to schedule pickups and follow up on shipments.Collaborate with the shipping team, manufacturing, quality control, management, and sales departments.Maintain a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication, and organizational skills.Perform additional tasks as needed within the shipping team.Essential SkillsExperience in inventory control and cycle counting.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Strong computer skills and understanding of MRP/ERP systems.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in pick/pack inventory selection and material handling.Ability to accurately count inventory and work at a brisk pace.Comfortable with a 100% standing and walking job.Proficient in English and able to pass a material handler test.Willingness to wear steel-toed boots for safety.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role is based in a lean manufacturing environment with kan-ban and production cells. Adherence to ESD protocols is required. Join a tight-knit shipping team that values flexibility and a collaborative spirit.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr.
