Job Description
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively managing and tracking inventory using Netsuite Plus. You will handle product receiving, perform cycle counting, and manage packaging processes. Additionally, you will operate a sit-down forklift to transport freight throughout the warehouse and will be required to lift and load materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
ResponsibilitiesManage and track inventory using Netsuite Plus.Receive products and ensure accurate inventory records.Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.Package materials as required.Operate a sit-down forklift to transport freight within the warehouse.Lift and load materials weighing up to 50 lbs.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading.Proficiency in machine operation and inventory control.Knowledge of shipping and ERP systems.Experience with forklift (sit down) operation.General labor and material handling skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with FedEx/UPS/LTL shipping systems is a plus.Work Environment
You will work both inside and outside of the facility, adapting to various conditions as necessary. The role requires flexibility and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in different environments.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
