**Job Title: Inventory Control Associate**
**Job Description**
As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, performing regular cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies. You will handle incoming shipments, ensuring that they are received and inspected properly. Additionally, you will label and organize inventory, assist with audits and reporting, and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular cycle counts.
+ Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
+ Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
+ Label and organize inventory efficiently.
+ Assist with inventory audits and reporting.
+ Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
+ 1 to 5 years of warehouse experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in inventory control is preferred.
+ Community college education is preferred.

**Work Environment**
The work schedule is from 7:00am to 3:30pm, providing a structured workday. The environment is primarily warehouse-based, requiring attention to detail and organization.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kearny, New Jersey.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
