Our client, a leading organization in the logistics sector, is seeking an Inventory Clerk I to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk I, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting the overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Inventory Clerk I
**Location:** Boise, ID
**Pay Range:** $20.00 per hour
**Shift:** M-F 7 am - 3 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor the quality of perishable products in the warehouse on an ongoing basis.
+ Input orders through data entry while performing extensive customer service duties.
+ Check product in slots daily to ensure items are up to acceptable standards.
+ Inspect inbound freight and document product condition.
+ Communicate with buyers regarding quality issues and assist in resolving them.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
+ Exemplary listening skills to facilitate effective two-way communication.
