Inventory Clerk
**Job Title: Inventory Specialist** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the flow of shipments in and out of our warehouse facility. Your expertise in inventory control, cycle counts, and material handling will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations. **Responsibilities** + Check shipments in and out of the warehouse and facility. + Maintain accurate records through inventory control and cycle counts. + Move, label, and manage materials, including barrels and boxes. + Assist in loading and unloading barrels from work trucks. **Essential Skills** + 2-4+ years of experience in inventory control and inventory management. + Proficiency in cycle counting, data entry, and labeling. + Experience in material handling and shipping/receiving. + Competence in using scanners, computers, and inventory systems. + Ability to operate a forklift and drum dolly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF scanners and asset inventory. + Experience in inspection of parts and packaging. + 2-4+ years of experience in shipping and receiving. + Proficiency in packing, picking, and using RF scanners. **Why Work Here?** We offer an excellent opportunity to work towards a full-time position, with the potential to increase your earnings after being hired on permanently. **Work Environment** The role is based in a warehouse environment, where you will utilize various technologies and equipment to ensure efficient operations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sulligent, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
