**Job Title: Inventory Clerk** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Clerk to efficiently manage inventory levels in our warehouse. This role is integral to maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. **Responsibilities** + Manage inventory levels in the warehouse. + Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy. + Identify and correct root causes of inventory discrepancies. + Maintain accurate inventory records and rack locations, document, and report findings. + Operate turret trucks, sit-down lifts, and other warehouse equipment. + Assist warehouse members in locating and identifying parts. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of experience in forklift operation. + 6+ months of experience in warehouse environments. + 6+ months of experience with cycle counts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong inventory control and management skills. + Proficient data entry and computer skills. + Experience in material handling and labeling. + Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and friendly demeanor. + Coachable and open to feedback. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive and friendly work environment where your performance can lead to pay increases. Choose from multiple shifts including 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), and Sunday 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am). There is occasional voluntary overtime available on Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
