Job Description
Maintain the accuracy of inventory by issuing manufacturing orders, reconciling finished goods production, inventory transfers, and warehouse transactions of finished goods.
ResponsibilitiesVerify available inventory and create manufacturing orders in inventory system for daily production.Reconcile daily production reports to inventory system transactions, identify, research, and correct any discrepancies.Reconcile inter-department inventory transfers to the inventory system.Reconcile daily warehouse transactions and follow up to resolve any differences.Perform receipt transactions of incoming raw materials into the inventory system.Assist in system adjustments related to weekly cycle counts to confirm inventory accuracy.Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation between physical count and MAPICS and investigate differences through multiple warehouse locations onsite.SkillsInventory controlCycle countsData entryInventory managementShipping and receivingWarehouse inventoryComputer skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsBackup to Inventory Control Lead position in their absence, including receiving, research, tracking, filing, and daily communication by email/phone.Reconcile petty cash on a monthly basis.Assist with answering phones as needed.Additional tasks assigned by manager as needed.1-3 years experience in an office administration setting.Manufacturing warehouse experience is preferred but not required.Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.Strong PC skills.Outstanding organizational skills.Ability to work independently.Proficient using MS Excel and Word.AS400 system experience preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
