Job Description

The Inventory Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our inventory management operations. Working closely with the Inventory Manager, this position involves checking inventory levels, distributing parts, assisting with stocking, and maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in operating a forklift, and capable of performing tasks accurately and efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesCheck inventory levels and ensure accuracy.Distribute parts as needed to various departments.Assist with stocking shelves and organizing inventory.Maintain an efficient and organized inventory system.Perform cycle counts and inventory control tasks.Data entry for inventory management using ERP systems.Handle materials and ensure proper storage.Participate in shipping and receiving processes.Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.Essential SkillsProven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.Certified or willing to become certified in forklift operation.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.Basic computer skills for inventory management software and data entry.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.Good communication and teamwork skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is located in a manufacturing facility equipped with production equipment and an office area at the front. Quality assurance has its own dedicated area with test equipment and computers. The facility is very clean, and candidates will be expected to work out on the shop floor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
