Inventory Clerk
**Job Title: Operations Coordinator** **Job Description** As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring seamless communication between the warehouse, field operations, and office management. You will oversee inventory, equipment, fleet management, and provide support to field scheduling and administrative tasks. **Responsibilities** + Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring inventory of paint, tools, safety equipment, and supplies is well-organized and maintained. + Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for timely reordering. + Prepare and stage materials and equipment for upcoming projects, coordinating pick-ups and deliveries to and from job sites. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. + Maintain and track all company equipment, performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on paint sprayer pumps. + Coordinate with vendors or service providers for major repairs or specialized maintenance when needed. + Schedule equipment maintenance and repairs, managing fleet program including vehicle registrations, tabs, insurance, claims, and routine maintenance. + Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance and repairs, working with insurance providers to manage vehicle claims and incidents. + Assist in scheduling field painters for projects and daily assignments, tracking and recording field call-outs, absences, and schedule changes. + Coordinate with Field Foremen and Project Managers to ensure adequate labor coverage. + Communicate schedule updates and changes to field staff and office as needed. + Serve as a key communication link between the warehouse, field operations, and office management. + Assist with reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping for operations. + Provide operational support for company safety initiatives and compliance efforts. + Support ongoing process improvements to increase shop efficiency and jobsite tracking. **Essential Skills** + Leadership skills and experience in shop management. + Fleet management experience. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment repairs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in coordinating personnel and managing schedules. + Proficiency in tracking equipment location and usage on job sites. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values efficiency, communication, and safety.
