Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be part of the operations department supporting the inventory management team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Inventory Clerk**
**Location: Morrisville, NC**
**Pay Range:** **$19**
**Schedule:** **Mon-Thu 7AM-530PM**
**What's the Job?**
+ Record and track all incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading, unloading, and documentation.
+ Maintain and update inventory records, including item movements and deletions.
+ Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report stock issues to management.
+ Monitor inventory levels, order products as needed, and remove unusable items.
+ Support loss prevention efforts and ensure organized, accurate inventory for customer satisfaction.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED; relevant work experience.
+ Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
+ Proficiency in computer software, particularly with inventory systems and MS Word and Excel.
+ Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for up to 12 hours.
+ Strong attendance and punctuality record, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
