**Job Title: Inventory Associate I** **Job Description** The Inventory Associate I supports the Inventory department by handling various materials-related functions to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse and production lines. **Responsibilities** + Receive incoming materials from external or internal suppliers. + Identify and stock materials using established procedures. + Issue materials to production work centers and complete necessary paperwork. + Process basic inventory transactions on the computer. + Perform cycle counts for responsible areas. + Expedite parts to prevent production delays. + Maintain forklift maintenance and upkeep. + Ensure aisles and warehouse areas are clean and organized. + Properly identify and pack products with attention to part protection. + Verify parts orders to pick tickets and confirm shipments within the ERP system. + Manage paperwork related to assigned tasks. + Work under deadlines for overnight shipments. + Use freight company computers to process orders and print manifest reports. + Complete carrier BOL and all required documents. **Essential Skills** + Inventory control + Forklift + Cycle counting + Material handling + Scanning + Computer usage **Why Work Here** Employees enjoy 14 bonuses a year, opportunities for career advancement, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k plan, and a tool and tuition reimbursement program. **Work Environment** The work environment includes exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outside weather conditions.
