Pay Rate: $18/hour
Responsible for efficiently using RF scanners to track products as they move through the warehouse. This role focuses on accurate order picking, pallet packing, and supporting smooth daily operations within a small, process‑driven warehouse environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate RF scanners to track incoming and outgoing products.Accurately pick customer orders and pack pallets for shipment.Handle materials safely and efficiently to support workflow.Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization.Load and unload shipments as part of the shipping and receiving process.Essential SkillsRF scanner experience (required).Strong accuracy and proficiency in order picking and packing.Ability to handle materials and support inventory management.Experience with shipping, receiving, and loading operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsTech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems.Previous experience as an order puller or packer.Why Work HereJoin a smaller, growth‑minded company committed to improving internal processes.
