Job Description
Continuous Improvement: Identify and escalate workflow roadblocks that may cause downstream defects, and support root cause analysis with strong problem‑solving skills.
Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment—such as EPJs, forklifts, reach trucks, and turret trucks—to move materials throughout the facility in accordance with operational and safety procedures.
Receiving Shipments: Unload incoming shipments from carriers and ensure proper handling.
Shipment Inspection: Visually inspect incoming packages to determine acceptance based on standard operating procedures.
Quality Control: Review part‑specific requirements and process items according to established SOPs.
Documentation: Use tools and systems to upload information, follow procedures, and accurately complete receipts or work orders.
Data Entry: Navigate inventory management systems to input delivery data, read required information, and complete Fulfillment tasks.
Packaging: Select appropriate packaging materials and properly wrap or store parts at any stage of the workflow.
Sorting & Staging: Move and stage items securely to maintain traceability and prevent loss within the workflow.
Labeling: Apply required labels and identifiers to all parts to maintain traceability through the workflow.
Storage & Auditing: Store parts—individually or in bulk—using good judgment and SOPs, and perform audits as required.

Skills and Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in fulfillment center operations with receiving and inventory responsibilities.
Safety: Consistently adhere to safety protocols, use proper PPE, follow safe operating procedures, and participate in safety training.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Inventory Knowledge: Ability to interpret Bills of Material for inventory requirements.
Certifications/Skills: Must be able to operate forklifts. Warehouse/Receiving/Inventory experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
