Inventory Associate
**Inventory & Shipping Associate** **Location:** Onsite – Longmont, CO **Pay Rate:** $20.00 – $22.00/hour **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM **Type:** Full-time, Onsite **Position Overview** We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated **Inventory & Shipping Associate** to join our warehouse and manufacturing operations team. This role involves shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistical coordination within a climate-controlled facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** + Receive and inspect inbound materials + Prepare, package, and ship outbound materials + Includes label creation, pickup scheduling, and occasional package drop-off + Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas + Perform electronic inventory transactions and material issues in systems + Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records + Replenish consumables and organize stock areas + Ensure critical parts are received and routed efficiently + Maintain filing systems for all receipts and shipping documentation + Resolve receipt issues with suppliers when necessary + Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management + Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities + Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures **Tools & Equipment** + Forklift and reach truck (experience preferred; training available) + Computer-based inventory and workflow systems **Software & Systems Experience Preferred** + Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Epicor + Smartsheet + SAP + Jira **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations + Familiarity with electronic inventory systems and material tracking + Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal **Work Environment** + Climate-controlled warehouse and manufacturing setting + Physically active role involving lifting, movement, and extended time on your feet **Additional Information** + Potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs + Training on equipment provided as needed + Background check and drug screen required ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
